About the role
As a Senior Legal Corporate Officer, you will work on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects for which you will mainly:
- Be legal and paralegal support for the company and the internal teams;

About the role
As an Accountant you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for which you will mainly:
- Handle the day-to-day bookkeeping of Luxembourg holding companies;
- Handle the day-to-day operations of companies and answer to clients’ request;
- Handle administrative tasks;

About the role
As a Senior Legal Corporate Officer, you will work on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects for which you will mainly:
- Be legal and paralegal support for the company and the internal teams;
- Handle and review the day-to-day legal tasks of our clients and answer to clients’ requests;
- Monitor legal procedures;
- Liaise with client’s deal team, client’s deal contact, clients and/or third parties (banks, notary, auditors, lawyers, advisors, etc.);
- Organize and participate to client’s, board or shareholders’ meetings and draft minutes and related documents;
- Coordinate and prepare legal and corporate documentation (approval of annual accounts, bank account openings, acquisitions of undertakings, sale or purchase of shares, dividend distributions, notarial deeds, various agreements, closings, etc.);
