About the role

As an Accountant you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients for which you will mainly:

  • Handle the day-to-day bookkeeping of Luxembourg holding companies;
  • Handle the day-to-day operations of companies and answer to clients’ request;

  • Handle/review the day-to-day bookkeeping of Luxembourg holding companies;

About the role

As a Senior Legal Corporate Officer, you will work on a wide range of diverse and dynamic projects for which you will mainly:

  • Be legal and paralegal support for the company and the internal teams;
  • Handle and review the day-to-day legal tasks of our clients and answer to clients’ requests;
  • Monitor legal procedures;
  • Liaise with client’s deal team, client’s deal contact, clients and/or third parties (banks, notary, auditors, lawyers, advisors, etc.);
