  • Maintenance of the day-to-day accounting data and files, on our accounting software (BOB50 or Demasy) or on your remote software.

  • Preparation of the periodic financial reports under IFRS, Luxembourg or other GAAP

  • Preparation and filing of the statutory annual accounts

  • Drafting of the minutes of the board of directors/managers (and of the related directors’/managers’ report)
