As of 1 June 2023, Amélie Frontain has been appointed as Authorized Director of VPsf, a specialized Financial Sector Professional (PSF) regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF). VPsf, a regulated subsidiary of the Luxembourg-based Value Partners group, provides fund administration services to a clientele consisting of regulated entities such as alternative investment funds.

With over twelve years of experience in the fund sector in Luxembourg, Amélie Frontain possesses in-depth knowledge of the administration of regulated and non-regulated Luxembourg alternative investment vehicles. She joined Value Partners in 2021 as a Director to support the development of VPsf and the dedicated team for alternative fund administration. Her appointment as Authorized Director is part of VPsf’s growth strategy and further strengthens the current conducting team, composed of Jérôme Geier and Xavier Hamori, in their day-to-day management.

After studying at HEC Liège and obtaining a master’s degree in finance and control, Amélie Frontain began her professional career as an asset management auditor at a Big4 firm. In 2013, she joined one of the leading service providers to investment funds and specialized in alternative investment funds, primarily including debt and private equity funds. She was involved in the operational supervision of client service delivery while ensuring compliance with laws and circulars.

Her recent appointment will bring significant added value to VPsf and strengthen its position in the alternative investment funds sector.
