Value Partners to join Walkers Professional Services Group

Luxembourg professional services firm to become part of expanding international platform

Luxembourg, 15 September 2026 – Value Partners, a specialist Luxembourg professional services firm, has entered into an agreement to join Walkers Professional Services (WPS).

Since its launch in 2012, Value Partners has built an enduring reputation as a trusted adviser to private equity, real estate and private credit funds, banks and multinational companies. Today, the business has expanded to more than 150 professionals and serves clients across local and international markets.

The transaction represents an important milestone in Value Partners’ growth story and will connect the business to WPS’ expanding international platform. Following completion, Value Partners will continue to operate under its existing brand and leadership, maintaining the local expertise and client focus that have underpinned its success in Luxembourg.

The combination will provide Value Partners with the benefits of being part of a broader international group serving clients across major financial centres. Together, Value Partners and WPS will have over 560 colleagues and a presence in ten leading alternative funds markets, including the Cayman Islands, London and Ireland alongside Luxembourg.

Completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals. Relevant notifications and approval processes are underway with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
