Article 27 of the law of 25 February 2022 requires that securitisation funds created before 8 March 2022 must be registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register in accordance with article 10 of the amended law of 19 December 2022 on the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register as well as the accounting and annual accounts of undertakings, within six months from 8 March 2022. The new Grand-Ducal implementing regulation specifies the modalities.
