About the role
As a Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will mainly be the following ones:

- Be responsible for managing client portfolios, mainly consisting of unregulated AIFs and/or related SPVs and domiciled companies
- Organize, supervise and review the work done by your team, such as bookkeeping, annual accounts, and periodical reporting
- Follow-up and if required organize the process of approval and filing of the annual accounts
- Manage the relationships with other service providers in the industry, including auditors, law firms, and banks
- Use experience acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and strong personal character to help your team perform and grow. Your team will benefit from your good listening skills, tailored coaching, and planning
- Follow the client’s invoicing and ensure profitability of your client’s portfolio
- Ensure that internal procedures, methodologies, standards, applicable laws and regulations are applied by your team
- Actively be involved in internal projects (e.g. product development, organizational improvements, procedures, technical improvements, internal trainings)
- Actively participate in recruitment and appraisal processes
- Be regularly in contact with your clients in order to build lasting and trustworthy relationships with them
- Manage the client relationship from the onboarding stage, including performing the relevant AML/KYC due diligence and drafting the engagement letters
- Participate in the acquisition and business development process by using the knowledge of your customers base, the latest market trends and your network

About you

- You hold a degree (min. BAC+3 or equivalent) in Accountancy/Business Administration
- Being member of the OEC (Ordre des Experts-Comptables) in Luxembourg, or equivalent foreign institution, will be considered as an asset
- You have a professional experience of at least 7 years within a local accounting firm
- You have a strong knowledge of Lux GAAP (IFRS and US GAAP are considered as an asset)
- You have a strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- You have a deep knowledge of Luxembourg corporate tax and VAT laws
- You are rigorous by nature, and have excellent analytical and organizational skills
- You are a relationship builder and have a strong sense of responsibility
- You are fluent in English and in French (other languages are considered as an asset)
- You have good knowledge of standard computer tools (MS Office) and standard accounting software such as BOB 50 or Demasy. The knowledge of other accounting software is considered as an asset

About the role
For our top tier AIFM client located in the heart of Luxembourg-city, we are seeking an experienced Financial Controller, who will mainly:
Assist the investment team on the following assignments:

- Review accurately the legal step plan/ tax structuring deck made available by the advisors or others and be in a position to illustrate the transaction to her/his team leaders and colleagues
- Identify any potential issues and take corrective action
- Participate in the day-to-day companies’ operations
- Review the legal documentation
- Assist in the implementation of the tax structure
- Assist with treasury and cash flow matters
- Involve in the organization and preparation of board meetings
- Play a key role in liaising with accountants, auditors, tax advisors for any finance and accounting information needed for the correct execution of the transaction
Supervise the finance, tax and legal compliance activity including the coordination with the local service providers, particularly:

- Perform quarterly review and monitoring of investment guidelines and LPA compliance
